Terms of Service

Last updated May 27, 2026

These terms govern your purchase and use of products and services from inspired.design. Please read them before placing an order or using the site.

Placeholder copy — replace before launch

The structure below outlines the major sections a US e-commerce terms-of-service typically contains. Replace each section with terms drafted (or reviewed) by counsel for inspired.design specifically. Pay particular attention to limitation of liability, warranty disclaimers, governing law, and dispute resolution — these are the sections where boilerplate can be unenforceable or counterproductive.

Agreement

By accessing inspired.design or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

About us

inspired.design is operated by Astra Labs, located at 958 111th Ave NE, Bellevue, WA 98004. Contact: hello@inspired.design.

Products and pricing

Describe what we sell (XRHandle hardware, kits, accessories), how pricing is shown, and that prices and availability may change without notice. Mention that taxes are calculated at checkout based on shipping address.

Ordering and acceptance

Describe how orders are placed, when payment is captured, and the process by which we accept or decline orders (e.g., fraud holds, out-of-stock cancellations).

Shipping and delivery

See our Shipping Policy for details. Note that delivery dates are estimates and risk of loss transfers per standard terms (typically when handed to carrier).

Returns

See our Returns Policy for details on eligibility, windows, restocking fees, and the refund process.

Acceptable use

Describe permitted and prohibited uses of the site (e.g., no scraping, no fraudulent orders, no infringement of intellectual property).

Intellectual property

State that the site content, trademarks (XRHandle, inspired.design, Immerse XR), product designs, and copyrighted materials are owned by Astra Labs or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Warranty

State the limited warranty terms for hardware (typical: 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from date of purchase). Disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

Standard limitation clause. Have counsel review — this is the highest-stakes section.

Indemnification

Standard indemnification clause covering customer's misuse.

Governing law and disputes

Specify governing law (typically Washington State for an entity headquartered there), venue, and dispute resolution mechanism (arbitration, class action waiver, etc., if applicable).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
