Privacy Policy
This page explains what information we collect when you use inspired.design, why we collect it, and how you can exercise your rights.
The text below is a structural outline. Replace each section with the privacy disclosures that match how inspired.design actually handles personal data. Have this reviewed by a lawyer familiar with US (and any applicable state) privacy law before going live, especially if you sell to customers in California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), or the EU/UK (GDPR/UK-GDPR).
Who we are

Cookies and tracking
We aim to keep cookie use minimal. We currently set only strictly necessary cookies — the ones required to operate the store and checkout (for example, Stripe’s payment and fraud-prevention cookies), to keep the site secure, and to remember the cookie choices you make here. These are essential to provide a service you have requested, so they do not require consent.
If we later introduce analytics or marketing cookies, they will be switched off by default and set only after you opt in. You control this through the cookie banner shown on your first visit, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer. Rejecting non-essential cookies is as easy as accepting them, and rejecting them does not affect your ability to use the site.
Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie on your device and is remembered for up to six months, after which we will ask again. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or to sell or share personal information. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
Your rights
Describe rights available to users, which may include access, deletion, correction, portability, and opt-out of sale/sharing (where applicable). For California residents under CCPA/CPRA, include the required notices. For EU/UK residents under GDPR, include the required notices.
Data retention
State how long we retain personal data and what triggers deletion.
Children
Although our products are sold for use in classrooms, our website is intended for adult purchasers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the applicable age of digital consent in their jurisdiction). State your COPPA position here.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email where appropriate.
