This notice explains the information used by the inspired.design website, why it is needed, and how to manage your choices.
Who is responsible

This notice covers this website and its inquiry forms. It does not describe data collected inside ImmerseXR or PresentXR, or on other websites reached through external links.
Information you provide
When you contact us or request a call, we receive the information you submit: your name, email address, organization, and any role, phone number, estimated quantity, device preference, timeline, or project details you provide. Other inquiry forms may ask about your district, program, or proposed partnership. If you request a call, we also receive your preferred date, time, and time zone so our team can arrange the appointment. Required fields are marked; other information is optional.
We use this information to respond, prepare a quote, discuss your project, and provide support. An inquiry or call request does not subscribe you to marketing. Please do not include student records, payment details, or other sensitive personal information in these forms.
Technical information and security
Our hosting provider processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, and browser or device details, to deliver and protect the site. Our contact endpoint uses an in-memory submission limit and a hidden spam-detection field. IP addresses and browser user-agent strings are not included in the inquiry email sent to our team.
Google Analytics 4 uses Advanced Consent Mode on public pages. Before a choice or when analytics cookies are declined, it sends limited page measurements without reading or writing analytics cookies. These include an allowlisted page address and title, approved campaign labels, the referring origin, consent state, and technical request information. Google can use these signals for measurement and modeling; they do not provide us with a persistent visitor history.
If you accept Analytics, cookies and browser identifiers support connected visits and additional measurement of product and contact-link clicks, sections viewed, time spent in visible sections while the browser is active, scroll milestones, demo interactions and scenes viewed, approved campaign labels, and whether an inquiry was started, encountered an error, or was successfully submitted. These events use fixed product, section, and form categories, along with browser identifiers and technical information such as approximate location, browser, and device details. Google signals and personalized advertising are disabled.
Google Ads measurement is a separate optional choice. If you accept it, Google receives page and technical information and ad click identifiers to connect ad visits with actions such as reaching a quote-confirmation page. This helps us understand which ads lead to inquiries. Our measurement integration does not send form contents, email addresses, telephone numbers, or error-message text to Google Analytics or Google Ads. Enhanced conversions, which use customer information, and personalized advertising are disabled.
Our configured page locations use a public-page allowlist and exclude fragments and arbitrary query parameters. Only Google ad click identifiers (gclid, dclid, gbraid, and wbraid) are retained after ad-measurement consent. Referrers are limited to the referring origin. We do not create a custom visitor identifier. Fonts and imagery are served with the website. The online store and card checkout are disabled.
Cookies and browser storage
Cookies and local storage are browser-based ways to remember information. We use local storage to remember a choice you make using the banner. That preference stays on your device and is not sent as a visitor identifier. Google’s shared tag library loads with analytics and advertising consent denied. Loading the library connects to Google’s servers, which receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser details. Google Analytics is configured for limited cookieless page measurement even when optional cookies are off. Analytics cookies and our detailed activity events require Analytics consent; Google Ads measurement requires its separate consent. Rejecting both keeps optional cookies, detailed activity events, and the Google Ads integration off, while limited cookieless page measurement continues.

Ad measurement can also make requests to Google-owned domains such as google.com, googleadservices.com, and doubleclick.net. Depending on your browser and Google settings, Google may read or set its own measurement cookies. Details and durations are listed in Google’s advertising and measurement cookie inventory. Our site cannot delete cookies on Google’s domains; use your browser’s site-data controls to manage those. Google’s processing is also described in its Privacy Policy and information for visitors to partner sites.
Your cookie choices
You can continue browsing and submit an inquiry without interacting with the notice. Closing it or pressing Escape does not count as consent and does not save a choice. “Reject optional” keeps analytics cookies, detailed activity measurement, and Google Ads measurement off; limited cookieless page measurement continues. “Accept optional” enables both, except that Global Privacy Control keeps ad measurement off. In Cookie settings, separate Analytics and Ad measurement switches and “Save choices” let you choose explicitly. Choices are remembered for up to 180 days, then we ask again.
Open Cookie settings from the footer or the control in the corner of the page to review, change, or reset your saved choice. Turning off Analytics stops our detailed activity events and removes accessible analytics cookies; limited cookieless page measurement continues. Turning off Ad measurement stops the Google Ads integration and removes accessible advertising cookies and its local-storage entry. Withdrawing either previously enabled choice reloads the page to discard pending events and in-memory identifiers. Resetting removes the preference record and turns both purposes off. Withdrawal does not undo processing that occurred before withdrawal. If browser storage is blocked, your choice applies only to the current page. With JavaScript disabled, optional measurement does not run.
Choices apply to this browser on this website, not to other devices or other Astra websites. When Global Privacy Control is enabled, ad measurement is disabled even if previously accepted. Analytics cookies and detailed activity events still require your explicit consent; limited cookieless page measurement continues. Personalized advertising is disabled for all visitors. You can also delete existing cookies and local storage through your browser’s site-data settings.
Purposes and legal bases
Where EU or UK data-protection law applies, responding to a requested quote may involve steps taken at your request before entering a contract. We also use information for legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, supporting customers, and maintaining site security, and to meet applicable legal obligations. Limited cookieless page measurement helps us understand use of the public website. We rely on your consent for analytics cookies, our detailed activity measurement, and Google Ads measurement, including access to their cookies and browser storage. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests or withdraw consent where consent is the basis, subject to applicable law.
Service providers and international processing
Vercel hosts this website. Twilio SendGrid delivers inquiry emails to our team and receives the submitted form information. Google Cloud Firestore stores a private record of each inquiry, including the submitted fields, form and product category, originating page, timestamps, and email-notification status. These records help us respond and recover inquiries if email delivery fails; they are accessible through our server, not the public website. We do not store your IP address, browser user-agent, or advertising identifiers in these inquiry records. This requested contact service operates independently of optional analytics and advertising choices. Existing order records may also be held by our prior commerce providers, including Stripe and Supabase. Submitting the current quote form does not initiate a payment or create a store order.
We and our providers may process information in the United States or other countries where services operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply to this processing. Contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your request.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or at your direction. This site does not use personal information for targeted advertising.
How long information is kept
Browser preference and measurement-cookie durations are listed above. Google’s report and event retention is controlled separately from browser storage; cookie deletion does not erase information already received by Google. Inquiry correspondence and related business records are retained according to the time needed to respond, manage the resulting relationship, meet legal recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. The appropriate period depends on the type of inquiry and whether it leads to a customer relationship. Contact us to request deletion or ask about retention of your specific records.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your information, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions.
To exercise a right, email hello@inspired.design. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. You may also complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work, including an EU supervisory authority or the UK Information Commissioner where applicable.
Children and education
This website and its quote forms are intended for adult purchasers and representatives of schools and organizations. They do not request student information. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review the request and address it.
Changes to this notice
We update the date above when this notice changes. A material change to the browser-storage inventory requires a new notice version and a renewed choice where consent is needed.
