Returns
We want you to be confident in your purchase. This page explains how returns work, what's eligible, and how to start a return.
Adjust the specifics to match your actual policy. Some details below (30-day window, free returns) appear elsewhere on the site, so any change here should be reflected on product pages and at checkout to avoid customer confusion.
Return window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less any applicable fees described below.
What's eligible
- Unused products in original packaging
- Products with all original accessories included
- Items not marked as final sale
What's not eligible
- Used or visibly worn products that cannot be resold
- Cleaning Kit (for hygiene reasons, once opened)
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Custom or special-order configurations (state your policy here)
How to start a return
- Email hello@inspired.design with your order code (INSP-XXXXXX) and a brief reason.
- We'll respond within one business day with a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label (for eligible US returns).
- Pack the items in their original packaging where possible.
- Drop off the package at any participating carrier location.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Stripe and your bank may add additional processing time.
Damaged or defective items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Classroom Kits and special-order items
Classroom Kits and other quoted purchases have specific terms outlined in your formal quote and invoice. Please review those before placing the order. Standard 30-day returns may not apply at the same terms.
