Shipping
How and when your order ships. We aim to keep shipping simple, predictable, and reasonable.
Adjust to match your actual fulfillment process, carriers, lead times, and shipping costs. The numbers shown here mirror the rates currently configured in checkout — keep them in sync.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the continental United States. For international shipping or freight to non-contiguous US states (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, territories), contact us for a custom quote.
Processing time
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Quoted classroom kits may have longer lead times depending on hardware availability — your formal quote will include an estimated ship date.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order:
- XRHandle, Cleaning Kit, and accessories: $10 flat per unit
- XRHandle Studio Kit: $25
- XRHandle Classroom Kit (5): $75
- XRHandle Classroom Kit (10): $125
Quoted classroom orders use freight rates appropriate to the destination and quantity, included in your formal quote.
Delivery timeframes
Once shipped, typical delivery is 3–7 business days within the continental US. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; we are not responsible for carrier delays.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Risk of loss
Risk of loss and title transfer to you when the order is handed to the shipping carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at hello@inspired.design and we'll work with you to resolve.
Returns and refused shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned undeliverable, the customer is responsible for return shipping. See our Returns Policy for refund details.
